So my right brake lamp bulb went out today. I got a replacement bulb, but when i opened the trunk, I dont see the back of the light assembly as I expected to. I assume the rear trunk lining has to be removed, but I'm not certain. I tried looking for a DIY here but could not find it. Any assitance would greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Its real easy, the back part of the headlight is a lighting board assembly...look for a pressure tab to remove the assembly

Thanks Krozi, but the bulb i need to get to is in the rear. Its the brake lamp bulb. When i open the trunk, I dont have access to the back of the light. Am I suppossed to remove the trunk liner? I see 2 plastic screws tha look like it holds the trunk liner in place..

Yeah, the trunk liner is really easy to remove, sometimes it can be a trick to get back in because of how it slides in and under some things and over others. Beyond that not sure about the tail lamp, you should be able to access it from there though.

Remove trunk floor to get those out of the way. Turn the two plastic screws 90 degree (don't matter which way), so that the slots are vertical. Remove / pull screws out of liner. Wiggle liner out.

Bruce Miranda's has instructions for his cable installation that include the procedure for removing the trunk panels for rear light access.

Thanks Guys..my problem was I didnt remove the trunk floor/spare tire cover. I didnt relaize the bottom lip of the side panels ran underneath it which prevented me from being able to pull the side panels out. Got it fixed.
