I know that there is some sort of projector thing on the dashboard that projects light onto the special windscreen to produce a virtual image (i think)...
but how does it really work?
why is a special windscreen is required?
is the projector like a normal projector used in classrooms?

For me, HUD is a must, especially if you drive the car hard. My SA advised me against it, but I insisted. He now loves the option.

Yup it is one of the 'MUST' options. And the $1000 is really worth paying for.
