Being that I'm about 6'4", I have the seat all of the way back and down, with a slight tilt back. The problem with this is, that while that's what I need to be comfortable, it does present a bit of a safety issue. It puts my head dead even with the side pillar and gives me a huge blind spot on the left side.

It depends what you mean by that. If set up for maximum support and control than yes.

Cant the thigh up and back at an angle, seat set lowestto the floor, make the lower back recessed to allow the butt to sit into the seat as deep as possible, and the back canedt back at a slight angle. I tell people its my rocking chair. If you envision the rocking chair as it is at the furthest back; you are there. I am 6'. Jack up the front thigh enough to allow a solid foot hold at left side and enough not to squeeze the lower thigh. It is like a cradle. This is the 06 sport seat. Yes I have two memories. 1) as stated and 2) and a recliner setting.

Rus: Where do people put their Blackberry phone. I pull the charger cord from the rear and set it on charge between the parking brake and the console. Course if I took all the pens and pens and change out of the Console; it might fit, but then again the phone might be too wide.

Are you an in-car urologist or is your office just near a truck stop? How could this issue even come up?! Why would the guy (I'm assuming its a guy, ok) not just put his phone...
I don't know... like somewhere else? And I do not mean up his butt BTW

Ohhh I am sure the extended right Arm Rest / Support whether extended or not is part of the perfect seat position? I was lost when I drove the 328. No adjustable right arm rest. Not the perfect cockpit set up. Tthe M3 or 335 may have it. I do not know. I do know having ARM RESTS are a must.
