i am 5'11 if i sat all th way down i could see out my windows... thats really different...i def understand teh sportscar like corvette feeing tho, thats how it felt when i did put it all the way down..like RACY...
I am 6'2" i have a pretty long torso i guess. If the seat could go down another 2-3 inches i suspect I would have a problem

You may wanna consider dropping the car...

BTW I actually not only sit the lowest I can, but always get the front passenger to sit as low as possible - for lower center of gravity (or at least that's the excuse I use for my idiosyncrasy )

Here is what I was taught recently at the BMW Performance Driving School:
  1. Raise the seat height so that your head is about 3.5" from the roof (about the width of the the four fingers of your hand)
  2. Adjust the seating position forward enough so that when you press the brake pedal all the way down your leg still has a little bit of a bend at the knee
  3. Set the seat back upright enough (and/or extend the steering wheel) so that you can lay both wrists across the top of the steering wheel without moving your shoulders off of the seat back.
Another helpful tip was how to set up the outside mirrors.
  1. Lean left until your face is nearly against the side window and then adjust the mirror so that inside of the mirror shows a sight line with the side of the car barely visible
  2. Then lean right until your head is over the center console, and adjust the right mirror in the same manner as the left mirror

I saw this instructions also but I found seat height would be too low due to sunroof taking out headroom. Without sunroof, this instructions would be perfect.

It depends what you mean by that. If set up for maximum support and control than yes.
