How do you set Advanced Climate Control in winter?

I I think if i deactivate the auto and then activate it again it will automaticly turn on the snowflake button. But what for?

The snowflake satnds for that the A/C compressor is on.
It dries the incoming air in the winter time and therefore avoids moist on windscreen.
But -10 C air is very dry itself and the there's the problem I mentioned in my post above.

I've experienced temperatures (that could cause moist on windows) from -20 to +15 degrees. NEVER EVER did the windows get moisture on them. I only used it when the conditions are needed when it's really (sensible) wet outside and too much moisture goes in or when it's really hot.

but keep the AC "flake" buttom off.
Should escape from the winter climate and move to Florida (Bahamas,
Acapulco) or to southern Spain (Canary Islands) for the winter time.

Belgian 530D fitted with "advanced fonctions" AC :
- clim always on Auto
- without Floke when outside temp below 10?C (more power & less fuel)
- always on Automatic Recirculation (anti-pollution)
- clim always on Auto

However the beauty of having this Advanced AC is the Rest function, you can still enjoy the warmth for a while having the engine switched off. I love that.
