How do I remove the door armrest?

I've got a 2007 530xi and the armrest in the door is really hard and uncomfortable. I'd like to take it off and pad it up a little more, but I can't figure out how to get the darn thing out without destroying the door. Any ideas?

If you click here you'll be brought to Bavarian Sound Werks and find an instruction sheet that details how to remove the door panel. Once the panel is off you might be able to figure out how to get the arm rest off.
