it's very nice weather yesterday. I pressed all the window down to get some fresh air.
before I got back to the free way. I wanted to close up all the windows.
while the window almost closed all the way. a message shown on the screen ( power window trap deactivated )
I pressed the "check" button, it still showed once a while. I tried to clean it from the i-drive, but it didn't work

anybody knows why this message came up? how to clean this?

thanks for the infor.. finally i erased the message just following the thread step by step.

in my case, 2004 525i. I needed to keep engine running, and use the switch on the window which need to be programed.

esay steps.. Thanks
