your getting high prices for some reason. 38-40k for a 2004-05 is kinda high.

I just bought an 05 545i with all option (yes, sport too), 6 speed manual with only 17k miles (non CPO) for $32k even....black on black. Yours is way to expensive.

I just paid $30K for an '05 545 with 35K miles. (in Southern California) That '04 probably has at least 50K miles. I think that price is too high.

Hmm ok, $32k for a Blk/Blk with 17k miles.

I just noticed the dealer lowered the asking price for a 14k mile CPO car to $37k.

I'm thinking I could get the car for a shade less than $34k. Which would be about right since CPO adds about $2k.

Anway, I would rather get a 2006 550 with no CPO.
