Nah, no MP3 for my head unit but I did had the CDC. The Dension 500 will be operated from the CDC function of the iDrive. That means you will find all your iPod songs in one of the "disc" of your CDC function in iDrive. No song names will be displayed in iDrive though.
otherwise you will need to pay a visit to the stealer.
But i trust you more, i will ask you for more details next time
