BTW, do you know how much it costs to buy a T plate ? I heard that T plate is mainly for garage use but people can buy them privately for those car that can't be registered, such as many GT3 RS.

imho this is very risky. you might be road legal as far as documentation is concerned but if you are unlucky to involve in a crash, insurance companies are not that stupid and they can refuse to settle claims when they find out the car doesnt belong to a car dealer. if you want to save money, get 3rd party only. if you cant get insurance, buy something else. my 2 cents

i see many Ferrari with T on but they are driven by mechanics for testing from F HK nearby.

i know of one guy who buys and trades cars for fun, he has a yellow gallardo, black 430 spyder, RS4 etc,. all using the trade plates, i don't see problems if his docs are in line, since he gets rid of them every few months.
T insurance costs much more.

Any one in HK have E60 Long wheel bas , I would love to see pics of the interior and how big gis it in the back, I know for a fact that china is the only country that got the E60 longwheel base version 5XXLI . Thanks for sharing

i have been in one, rear leg space is like a 7 series, and they have an option of a fridge where the rear armrest is,
loads with LCD behind the front seats, check the bmw china website out
however not very popular, people prefer the 7 series.

cars are not an investment anyway, just enjoy the car and hope you get some residuals.

now that is a bad loss.

Alphard- mine was worth 350k in Aug and now 140k, that is even worse
