Hi guys, just wondering how's the economy in HK now? Is it really bad? I've heard people/experts saying that the HK real estate will drop to its lowest at around summer next year, do you guys think so? I'm planning to move back to HK soon so I need to buy a house, so next summer might be a good time. I'm interested to the following buildings at , anyone has opinions about them? Any input is much appreciated.
半島豪庭, 海逸豪園, 港景峰, 擎天半島, 曼克頓山, 嘉亨灣, 太古城.

in my opinion, 曼克頓山 is not worth it as its so expensive without a reason (And next to the motorway aswell)
太古城 is quite old compare with others but its cheaper
Have a look at 擎天半島, my mate lives there and they have good residual value, and if the property price come back, it will be the first to rise.
海逸豪園, nice place to live but u got to have a car, cos far from bus station and no MTR

if you work on the island Taikoo is good, get the seaview ones.
Sorrento is nice and cheap now abt5900-6300 for ave,
ask Stanley as he lives in that cluster
check the midland property site out
go for Grand Promenade or it also depends on if u have kids... then you gotta check the schoolwebsites out first
