My car went back to the dealer last week to change the no. plate and check the annoying alarm, and turned out the airbag termination problem and need to replace for 4000HKD + 1000HKD labour!! The service guy is a friend of mind so he offered me 20% off the parts and 10% off the labour but still need to pay 4400HKD.... crying.gif
i have no idea mate
But they said it affect the whole electrical system and thats why i always got some annoying error message.
They also said my left headlamp was faulty and they want 10K for "ONE" headlamp!! Kill me

License plate - Should change back to normal, otherwise have a chance catch by police.
Airbag termination - Should the connector have contact issue, easy cleaned by contact cleaner and re-use.
Headlamp issue - even change whole set also less than 10K
But the point was why BMW have a original computer still can't find out the reason and clear all the fault code. Asked you try and error replace parts one by one, but need you pay around.
He can brought original computer and help you to test after leave. Good Luck !!!

Dealer always try and con us and say alot of thinks are not install at BMWHK and there is some thing wrong with the can.
Kin can take us to the Big BMW computer and do a full check-up. But don't know the price now.
