Ya I had the door edge clear bra on my MINI before... the installer threw it in for free. But this time another installer... made me pay for it so I said forget it!

But i was little bit concern about the thickness of the tape (Strong enough for the protection? in your opinion)

Itis very strong I tryed pulling it and it is very hard to brake.
O couse it depends how hard you open the door. I have not try opening it hard and I will not try.
It is very thin I say about 3 A4 sheets

Just order about $25us and then DIY your self, only takes about 1 hour

Just got the promotion flyer from BMWHK
ACS aero kit (Genuine) - $10200, installation $7700, total is $17900
ACS Exhaust tip - $1680, installation $300!
When we asked about the installation, they quoted us for $2xxx, and now, the whole package is only $1980!!! Damn! And what happened to the ACS kit? It used to be almost $40000 for parts + installation!! #@*()*#()@*#()@
