Forgot to say, with that kind of money, I would rather buy one M3 (@$720K) plus another 530i (@$650K) lor.

Hi Guys

Why do u think our local dealer chose not to import the diesel models?? From what I read, the performance matches or exceeds gasoline models and yet diesel is so much cheaper here in HK ! What a shame.

Hi HK fellows,

Nice to meet you all, especially gf366, Bunbun and bre ced . Actually I started reading this forum since July, but I'm just too lazy to register. Anyway, I become a member now and it's really amazing to have a sub-forum here for HK E60ers.

I know some of you have already modified your cars like changing wheels or adding front lip. I've also replaced the stock wheels with style #124. Now I'm thinking to add ACS front lip/rear bumper and H&R/Eibach lowering springs. I tried looking for the springs but have no luck on them. Can anyone provide some reliable shops which carry the above stuff? Your input is greatly apprceiated.

Happy driving!!

Scalpal

Hi Scalpal

Welcome There's also wslam whos also from HK. U and I got the same model

BreCed had lowering springs installed. He had actually emailed us where he bought his. Let me dig thru my email box and I'll forward it to u (or post it here).

Btw, do u plan on buying your ACS lip/rear from BMW HK? I wanted to get the ACS muffler but BMW HK told me it has to be ordered and costs $12K. yikes ! And from what I read in this forum, u dont get much hp gains, only better exhaust sound.

Anyway, will let u know re springs

Bunbun.

Whoa ! hairy crabs !!! Tis the season for hairy crabs. Too bad I dont quite like 'em. remember to drink some ginger tea to balance out the "coldness" of the crabs.

I must say, singapore car prices must be the most expensive in the world(?) I wonder how much is your gas prices there? Here in HK, it's about HK$11/litre. Takes about US$100 to fill up my 520 (from empty).

Well, enjoy your stay

Bunbun.
