I thought of that too. The drive from our usual meet point (heliport) to Garden Farm is quite far and I cant guarantee we can follow each other closely all the way. So Im thinking maybe we'll just drive and meet there by ourselves. What do u all think?

We don't need to be at the heliport everytime.

I think we can find a place near the highway that leads to Sai Sa. Someplace around Siu Lik Yuen probably is a good choice as you can just head up the highway there and is easy to find for us non-NT people.
