Not pass mot for sure. All u need is take the hid bulb off and put the helogen bulb bk before mot.
Both can use hid. But pre lci don't hv the magnify glass so the light don't have focus.
Do u see my low beam had a glass inside?

 

How much was it all?

Problem with my HID was that when i took them out for MOT inspections, the whole system was burnt and the wiring/resistors or whatever they are called were completely FUCKED. I was lucky that it didnt catch fire...

Now just using standard pre lci halogen bulbs... took out HID

 

the head light no problem no burn?
if had problem, u can borrow mine pre lci head light for mot.

 

I already passed MOT.... its fine....

Problem was with HID...all the components were fried!

only way is lci halogen.

or get a coded lm2, and bi xenon.

Yeah but going bi xenon is expensive route.... argh
