I got the jack and triangle to jack the car up.

His lights was same as yours front and rear and he change them to LCI from US John
ask John how much it cost

Will here is the Tint form send it to this address and it takes about 10 day for the letter.
Then you need to phone to book the test.

Transport Department
Kowloon Bay Vehicle Examination Centre,
2 Cheung Yip Street, Kowloon

I got the letter for the inspection on the stepwgn and will go down on 13th 9am for the test

Application Form: Apply for exemption of the vehicle for sticking of non-reflective film on window glass

New Regulation (effective 2012/4)
(i) For all window glass, unless otherwise specified, 70%.

(ii) For the front windscreen, 70%; and the rear windscreen (provided that the vehicle is fitted with external driving mirrors on both sides), 44%.

(iii) For the side window glass behind the driver seat (B-pillars) of private cars, goods vehicles, special purpose vehicles and buses (including all upper deck windows and windscreen), 44% (provided that the vehicle is fitted with external driving mirrors on both sides).

I used 3M CL 90 front and 50 rear
