lucky i don't have them,
well keep driving the 997!!! that interior was well nice, great stitched leather trim,
and the head rest parts are my favourite bits.

The developer has many contacts unlike us which is non, they have 18 flats and 2 are rented out.
not 7k min is 35k a month, I dont just have 700sq it is the hole house 2100sq
if you know any 1 what to rent I will give 15k to any 1

anyway, you should thank the developer bcos they have set a good market price for you.
just tell the estate agency if they rent it out within 2 months, they will get double commission. make sure you put it in writing on the agreement w them though.

non of my relative have rented it out yet. Asking prices about 15k for 700sq 3 bedroom
