yeah the rent is so high it unbelievable I was asking 38k for the house and every 1 say it way too low and there are a few already rented out for over 45k
so need to put the price up to 45k.
there are 11 new houses build and 1 of them is sold for $13mil

 

same gose for the 1 in wan chai I have never seen a guy inside the shop at lunch times every day I go pass

Watch shops in central dont make any money.... but they are there just to be there and stop competition from taking the space.

you would be surprised how much these watch shops actually make... its crazy!
