the current economy is mind boggling, slow biz but crazy housing market. thought people expected housing market to go down when cy got elected, instead, it went up!

I am a home owner, but at this ridiculous high property rate I prefer to see it crash. Everyday you see in the newspaper that such & such shop is leased / sold for millions / gazillion. But when I walked by those shops in the past months, there was no customer inside.

some economic barometers:

my china/hk van drivers report much less China Free Walkers coming to HK,
my watch guy says they have bought much less, and to be honest whoever is buying the property now
(except for marraige) for investment are very brave.

However modding shops report GREAT biz!!
