In fact some indian guy nearly did the same to me today... he was driving in a new E class and was meant to turn right only but instead he went straight on and i turned right too.... idiots on the road!!!!

I think they cannot settle themselves, the repair fee for the mini should be more than $10,000 and the lorry driver should claim insurance, means police get in. Your video will help the mini driver sure win the case although he is 95% win now. This is a new mini ........

I face similar situation today, a E class running down from Garden Road and then suddenly stopped in the middle lane because he need to cut to the left lane....all cars stopped with horn on.....horrible holiday driver.....
