Wheels should be okay as long as the wheels does not protrude to the car's body panel. I've got written approval from TD on this point
Body kit should be okay provide that they are tightly fit and does not have any sharp points and/or cracks on them, factory fitted OE body kit should be fine.
If you have an external power converter for HID, 100% fail.

they would need a km long list to tick off everything, pretty impossible, say i had a thicker antiroll bar or
122 instead of 178 style wheels, that is not shown anywhere on documents right?
that info has to come from BMW's computer, or do they have the full list of components to check???
those pricks can only do visuals like brembos, cf, tints, leds (hopefully anyway!)
what about M sport bumpers, can they detect that?
in the case of the "shark" he should just cut his vin# and stick it it on another car for his check,
it would take a week to take his mods off.................
