To soften the glue in the headlight for opening it. Then we can mod whatever we want. Mark and I only have halogen headlight and the angel eye is not bright enough. So we look for many ways to make it better. If we can open the headlight, we can have HID angel eye....

Beware of this Taiwan headlight should not include two HID kit, means need 4K more if prefer Bi-xenon setting.

 

Of course I prefer the oven method la.

 

I just want bright angel eye... seems baking headlight and replacing with Orion V2 is the best choice for the brightest!!!

 

I left my old e60 headlights with AK, you guys r welcome to play with it to try out the opening process... I think using oven looks promising

FJ this is proven work. People in China did this already.

But I wonder, what other parts need to buy to mod the headlight.

 

I think most of us want to replace the dim angel eye with CCFL or Round led.
