Hi Fireplace, welcome to our beautiful city.
Since you will be living in Tsim Sha Tsui, you can try Spring Moon in The Peninsula or Dynasty in New World Renaissance for Yam Char.
The Peninsula is opposite to Sheraton, just cross Nathan Road and you will see it.
New World Renaissance is opposite to Sheraton too, but it is facing the Victoria Harbour. There is a underground tunnel in the basement level of Sheraton connecting to the New World Shopping Centre.

Hi Mic, thank you for the recommendation. I will certainly give them a try. Heard the city is covered in smog and pollution index is pretty bad this time of the year. Has it improved?

'Toyko Drift' will be on this week, anybody interested?
Just comming out?? Dang... its come and gone here in the states...
Oh and the parking lot structure scenes... guess what they used as a camera car? They used a MINI Cooper S. That was the only car that was small and nimble enough to be able to video tape that scene.
