KC just found out that 2013 F1 cars will have the smallest engines ever. So no more V8
turbocharged 1.6 litre with four cylinder
12,000 rpm from 18,000rpm
35 percent reduction in fuel consumption, whilst providing the same level of performance enjoyed by today's F1 drivers
looks like the trend for small engines now, no more V8, V10, V12 car
I cant wait to see this in 2013 1.6 doing 200mph
I wonder if Ferrari will build a 1.6 litre with four cylinder road car.
maybe the next 538 will have this engine

He is interesting to join us ND, but he drives 645!. Can I bring him coming tonight?
will kers be compulsory by then? at least it makes the sports more relevant and green I guess and hopefully it means more overtaking. I am sure you know bmw is working on a 3 cylinder engine. fiat make lots of cars w small engine, think ferrari can take advantage of this.
