not just u, same thought x my mind also. for similar reason, baby seats have expiry date because the plastic will become brittle over time.

Well.. the plastic part is changable ... and it won't age so easily if you are parked indoor ... unlike foreign countries where covered parking is uncommon.

So... i picked up the walkie talkie.... BUT... ITS ALL IN MANDARIN!!! instructions are in chinese too!

Nope... just the regular charger for at home - but of course, from china its 2 pin....not typical 3 pin. So will have to change it myself so i can charge at home!

I thought it came with car charger.... so i could just leave in my car and not need to take home.
