joking aside, you can try a meal w more protein right after strenuous exercise, it helps to rebuild the muscle cells damaged during excercise and a heavy protein diet doesnt make you put on more weight.
thanks for the advice. High protein means meats or so, which is what I love. great!

Guys I just payed for Bruce V6.1 LCI retrofit cables with Special Brake light (Ricky Brake) which will arrive in about 2 weeks.
need AK to order the LCI light now.

different from car, the speed of a bike depends on the rider. so no top notch speed here! but yea it does look fast.

a lot of car lovers do cycling, I have a few cycling friend who race in Porsche cup or something like it, they are getting old and need cycling to train up their heart/lung function, so they can pass the annual body check for the racing license.
