your boss is doing it to kick some people out, reduce overheads, normal behaviour.
My tip- turn up in your new Ferrari in a few months and ask for a pay rise!!

Money can not buy time, I get home at 6.40pm every day and can play with the kids, Thay are money to me.
I have seen so many ppl work hard and earn loads of money and most of the time they see there kids only for a hour or less a day.
BTW I could have a new job last year for 40k a month but have to work OT every night and sat and sundays, no way for me.
I will never work on weekend full time for a boss. :thumbsdown: The only time I work weekends is if I become boss when I have done that before.
I wish I had your job and have any time with the kids.
I only spend about 2 hours for FB games and 2 hours on E60 and the rest is on video or new stuff.

also our company dont get pay rise because he buy a car every year with our money.
just the last 4 months he has brought 50 case of wine and they are all in the office locked up.
I saw most of the box's were about 3k to 6k each.
The funny thing is my boss is from Britain but he thinks like a local boss (so cheap)
