i banned shark's fin from my table and also from my suppliers, and also banned
Chinese Salamander, those guys are sick who eat that stuff

FJ is a Sado Masochist he loves the pain before a mod

captain, the frond bumper looks like M3 and OK. But the back and the spoiler are not good. Go for the front and think of other for the back.

can you recommend me some over the top very very good dim sum restaurants?

I go to ths one from time to time, wouldnt say its the best of best but quality is pretty good

the top hotels usually have pretty good quality:

4 seasons (dined there and v happy but never tried dim sum)
summer palace in the shangrila (havent been for a long time)

nevrer been to the below but worth to try :
