that is what I would do too
also if I had the doors or other panel in CF I would paint it too.
The only CF part that will show on the car would be the trims and other small parts.
If too big of a surface of CF then it would look too much MK feel

 

there the bend is on the hood it will look good but you will have to paint the roof black too
