as a family car 99% of the time, factors that I myself will consider:
safety: wet performance, does it break away progressively
economy: weight, rolling resistance
price obviously

why you pick V12 not Hankook Ventus R-S3?
I don't know the wet performance on RE11. I use RE001(which is one grade down RE11) before changing to 19" and it was very reliable on wet ground.
If I change tire, I may change to RE001 again instead of RE11. RE11 is a bit over for my driving style.....slow!
Just checked the RE001 price from a tire shop in wanchai:
245/35R19 (front) : $2400@
275/30R19 (rear) : $2500@
