Tezta Ltd. where it is?

Hey guys you know I wanted to buy a bike, an used one for now. What kind of things do I need to buy a bike.

1. Money of course
2. You need to buy insurance, do you guys know the rate right now for a non P guy with 1 year experience?
3. How much is the license fee each year
4. Any other things I miss

I've been thinking I might buy an used CBR 250 to start saw an 01 price around 27k instead of buying some new street bike, what do you guys think?

To be honest, I would never buy a second hand bike as it can endanger your life. Who knows what the last owner did! IMO always buy a new bike, as prices for bike is not that expensive comparing to cars.

Most bike shop can give you a quote on insurance.
