I was in LKF for a little bit... and on my way home there were a lot of speed traps and random breath tests near the cross harbour tunnel etc.... but cos it was raining so hard, the cops were hiding in their van and not doing anything! ha ha ha

imagine there must be some places in sai kung or something but thought song bill identified a nice place. as the last resort, we can always just turn up at capts house w some beer
