Cant directly plug amp into head unit.

Need a sound controller...think its called a LC6 or something like that! Processes the signal between head unit and amp so they both "talk" the same language!

But yeh, agree that keeping the head unit standard looks better too... least a bit more original look!

 

If im driving alone, i cannot hear my radar detector! music is on too loud!

Can only hear it if i have other people in the car! ha ha

this option costs HK$13K pre-tax, that would be HK$28K which I think it's reasonable for it's performance.

 

for that price you can get a full set of Tube Amp and 1000 time better speakers, and fully sound proof doors like the Lexus cars.

 

I have not been in a Lexus car with surpreme audio system.
Try listen to my system in the next meet, to see if this option worths 28K.

Lexus is super quiet cabin and the top range sound system is Mark Levinson system... even when i used to drive SC430, it had like 14 speakers in such a small car cabin!! Loved it!!!!!!
