If I am the service advisor from BMWHK, I would answer you below:
We are sorry that we couldn't do retrofit to the particular parts since it's not buying from us.
Furthermore we would think your car can be retrofitted the said component with the following option added:
A new SMG tranny including new system programming. That would cost you about HKDxxx,xxx (side note: this figure could cost more than your car)
Are you sure you wish to proceed with this retrofit, sir?

I have a 200x 530 and want to upgrade to performance wheel w paddle shift, how much will the part and labour cost?

depends on the transmission fitted, the paddle shift might not be retrofitted.
ok, granted, info was vague but I got to find out a sports airbag would be needed so at least i dug out some info for free.
I got to say though the lady who initially picked up my call spoke in english and sounded rather rude, the SA who answered my query was a little better but not by much so you just need to use a firm and impatient tone to deal w them.

Next time just ask Bill to call BMW and they will give a good response!
