I like Spanish food as well. Tried El CID a few times and there was another one on Stanton Street. However, since I live in US for many years, I tend to like Mexican food better. Tried Coyote on Lockhart Road before but only so so. Any recommendation ?

Theres a small little restaurant called Taco Locos in Soho which is good! Dont expect anything fancy in decor, but the food is good.

Another one is called Agave on D'aguilar Street or on Lockhard road too.. its pretty good there!

But at the end, public road is not safe for any kind of that, thats why you should join us for the go-kart as KC said
+1 racing on the track is much more fun and safe
