Spotted an E60 that have factory M spec, that being it was ordered from the factory.

From what I saw outside it is:

MY06 523i or 525i (not sure because the owner debadged it, but my guess is a 523 otherwise you wouldn't debadge it) I could be wrong.

It has standard chrome grills and the start/stop button.

It is Carbon Black I think since it is a special colour for the M option.

It has the 135M alloy wheels and comes with Good Year tires, change of supplier? I thought BMW uses Bridgestone Potenza for the 18".

Of course it has the M kit.

It has the special aluminum trim from the M option.

It has the M steering wheel

It has the leather i-Drive knob. I thought they said they discontinue that because leather is peeling off after some short time use. Ray does your E60 have the leather i-Drive knob?

I parked next to it, hopefully the owner saw the E60 decal and decide to check this site out

A picture describe a thousand word so check it out

I am not the one getting the metal pedals, but I remember the E90 330 on our last gathering got it.

I just don't appreciate MB. No matter how hard I try.

Dear all,

Kun Hey Fat Choi. Wish you guys all have good health and "lun Ma Jing Sun" in the year of dog.

AC, the car you spot has the same colour and trim as mine, except the rim and kit of course. I too get the leather top idrive knob

By the way, I think I got the first glitch of my car. While playing the CD, the car will all of the sudden switch to radio for about 1-2 sec before returning to CD. It happened twice already. I will report it to the dealer after the holiday. Anyone experienced the same thing before?

That's not a glitch, it is how the "TP - Traffic Report" function supposed to work. When it gets the signal from the radio station that a traffic report is broadcasting, the radio will automatically switched to the FM Tuner for you to listen to the traffic report. Did you notice it happen at around xx:00 or xx:30 in the hour? Or inside the tunnel?

You can disable the TP function in the FM selection list. Select any station, click on the idrive knob, uncheck "TP".
