so will it be this year you get them?
Considering CSL over atom is...it could get license in HK, so could be driven day to day ... over a normal M3 'cos it is not only lightened, but lots of the parts are track ready....I guess only thing needed to be change are the tires... Resell value is stable ... etc.... but still thinking only...
for the GTR...the overheating problem is pretty serious, the max I could manage is 3 flying laps straight, engine and transimission temp would reach dangerous level... need to spend so much into cooling systems if order to go longer...
will investigate further into the CSL and see....
Cheers,
Mike

your current tyres are definitely too spongy after warmed up, I could feel it even iin the passenger seat. when I tracked, I used p0 before and suffered from the same problem. e46 m3 is a good choice but if you going to mod it for track, why go for csl, just take things out yourself to make it lighter.

just came back from the cayenne test drive.
tiff needell was right, it understeers much more than the x5 but I felt the steering was sharper and initial turn in is more accurate. overall though, I think the x5 is much better.

Did you try the cayenne turbo?

designed by a uni student, nonetheless pretty hardcore and best $ per fun factor. I think atom has killed caterham for me.
I love the atom but can not build it my self
caterham is like a classic sports car to me nothing can compare to it.
If I can build the atom my self and mod it then yes it will be a 100% killer

agreed and more importantly, just when u get into the mood for a fast lap, its time to cool down. its like takiig a cold shower in front of a hot naked girl! really dont know how they managed that lap time on the nurburging
Also becareful with the gearbox and the clutch aswell
