they take the schoolbus, mostly it might be 3 in the car
and that works for me, the seat moves forward electrically
now i've got to get the pipe and tobacco out innit?
i think i won't mod it
i'm looking at a project car, a used one Z4 2.5 or 3L,
the 3L can be quite hairy!!! nothing beats a beemer for driving enjoyment

yes, overtaking was allowed. mike had some great moments with a porsche.
spoke with other big boys with big toy, some just there to have a relax fun day and not there to race. some super cars were actually causing traffic jams. on the other hand, a m3 and a lambo went off onto the gravel, not v nice to the wheels and brakes. there are also some race prepared cars w roll cage and everything. overall, its a pretty good mix but this is also pretty scary with drivers of different levels on the track.

they just like to pose
for us we like to enjoy the racing part more and have the most fun out of the cars on the track.
so this track day is like driving on the HK roads.
That dose sound scary.
Did you drive mike GTR?
Glad you had fun and safe coming back

yes, especially if you intend to enter races of some kind in the future. the fia label doesnt mean it will cost a lot more. best to check on the latest regulation to be future proof.

Bill, if I am you, get a used Ferrari or Lambo instead. It's a life time experience you will never forget. I am starting to save up for one in two years.

the wife insisted on it....
i get 1580kg instead of a 2.2mt X5,
i think the only similarity to the E60 is that it has 20% aluminium at the front, but also and rear.
honestly, it won't even catch up with any of the E60s on here
now i will need to get the Z4 innit?

Anyhow, the E coupe is MUCH better looking than the E-class 4 doors, I saw the real thing at Festival Walk on Sat.
So... still a good choice out of no choice
And yes! No mod for MB! waste of money and time
Whatever you mod, still can't beat the driving experience you get from a bimmer!

Hey guys - was just wondering if any of you have upgraded your sound system in your cars? I was just down at my friends garage in North Point and looking to upgrade speakers etc... and he says that there is very few options for the 5 series.
Need to use factory headunit, speakers are very small sizes (4") and hard to install an ipod connection into the dash / glovebox....
Any of you guys had any experience in upgrading? I am looking to put the car in this sunday and would appreciate some comments/feedback.

should check with captain pingy, he has done speakers and think cable upgrade b4. also thought bmw has some harmon kardon system but dont know if it can be retrofit or not.
dynaudio speakers are v good but known to be hard to drive. I have an mod idea for you: have you heard of nuforce icon amps, they run of 12v power and have v high damping factor so could be your power amp to drive the dynaudio speakers.
