Balance is what I always going after. I don't mind to drive a standard model for an extended period of time. I've driven a E46 M3 (LCI), it's demonstrated very clearly to me, that sports car is not my cup of tea.

yes that's considered a mod, tell any traffic police on street that you have put on the tint and haven't registered with transport dept and see if they will issue u a ticket for car check, then u will know man.
