Engine oil level low is normal after a period of time, Just refill 1L back will fit.
About the "chok chok ha" problem may try to reset for 25sec, may due to air flow sensor. Need AK to inspect and check. GL![Happy](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/happy.gif)

I have read somewhere it is due to the faulty oil sensor, but as KC said, worth to check the engine oil level as if the level are too oil, as it might damage your engine permanently.
Tell all your problems to AK and i am sure he will sort you out

Not sure which to get, might go with the OEM route or find a second hand OEM.
