In HK, for most people, people off work around 7-8pm,
But in Tokyo, they off like 10pm-11pm, which is very normal

a friend of mine relocated to Jap as a sr management and he told me that ppl there are crazy. spending 30 mins and making tons of prints to make sure that the lines are aligned. wtf.
