Even the old old D60, the focusing speed is also fast compare with my EOS3 when using USM lens.
I don't think that the focusing speed of 5Dmk2 will slower that D60.
Also, I have tried my friend's 5Dmk2 with 24-105 F2.8L.....focusing is also very fast.

a EF 70-200mm f/4.0 L IS USM $4800

I ask how much for to take a EF 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS USM and most say about $6000 and that is half price :thumbsdown:
