I dont think it just you that need to loos some KGs
I have been going to a Heath Clinic and been taking some supplements and it is working and start to keep my body fit.
I have loast 3lbs in 1 month

If you guys what more info pm me or I can talk to you in our next blow water.

here is a websit of the place that I go to for the treatment.
http://www.hkmedi.com/index.html
its not cheap its about 9300 a year and there will be a checkup every months to see it your boby is getting better.
I will be planing to take these for the rest of mu life even when my body is fixed and fit.
you can also consider the atkins diet. its a low or no carb diet, very effective to loose weight but make sure you dont use it for a long period of time.

no need just eat the right food from now on and step on a stool for 30min a day and you will 100% loss loads of lbs in 1 month.
That what my wife do and it free and dose not harm the body
also I got to this not because to diet.
it is because some part of my system and is in bad heath and my back bond needs fixing

Hi E60 Bro...

I have used my 530i for 2 weeks, the average power consumption is about 20L/KM.
Is it too much or reasonable for an usage of 70% city and 30% highway on a stock 530i?
If is is too much...do you guys have any suggestion to reduces it???
My driving style is quite gentle already.

Thanks ^o^

Bros, please help. I found them, but they look the same to me, which one is better? or better yet, which one you would recommend me to buy?

FYI I bought a 2nd hand M5 steering wheel airbag already.
