Guys, should i get this? 2nd hand Replica ACS diffuser for 175US + shipping.

But the seller said it needs some glue'ing to fix and fit the diffuser onto the rear bumper, i am struggling as you know most of them are made in China/Taiwan which means i might get it about the same price in HK for a brand new one.
What should i do?? Comments pls
