Maybe pulley first
AK took my pulley out less then 30mins, and that makes me think of upgrading.

Seems eveyone interested, but i just realised that i had posted the pulley question before and the feedback were:
pulley kit for the E60 525/530 but there wasnt any performance gains. Reason for this was because the e60 has an electric water pump

That pulley kit is no use. I am taking about the crank shift pulley instead of air con; radiator pulley kit.

let's just replace all those damn pulleys!
Abalone Fai asked at least HK$ 3,000.00 and ensure no vibrate issue.

Other's pulley made of plastic which are lighter enough. Crank shaft pulley made of metal which can replace by other's lighter material.
