BMWs today are built to last. Just like your own body, if you maintain it right it will last you a long time. However, if you're a fat fucking slob and eat like crap, you're pretty much screwed.

:stupid:

Mine has 110,000 :D and runs like new. although thrust rod bushings have worn (I live in florida where it is warm so not a big deal yet) '04 530

05 530i

58,000 miles.

Warrantied:
Cup holders (stuck lol)
Battery
Door seals
Wipers

That's it. I did some preventative stuff on the car so it runs just fine and I have an oil change coming up in 5,000 miles.

Just hit 90,000 miles on my 2004 530i over the weekend. The car is still perfect and is a joy to drive. I expect to take it to at least 200,000 miles over the next few years without any major problems or expenses and I expect it to continue to drive great.

Great, there's some guys that knows what I'm talking about and the same car I want to. That's nice to see. I like buying a car that's in great shape and take good care of it but drive it till the wheels fall off.

Thanks for the replies, just made my decision a little easier.
