HI,
Is anybody using 100W H7 instead of the standard 50W head light bubs in the non xenon (obviously!) in the E60? Is there potential problem with the higher power drain and higher temperature? I do not want to melt the cables nor the bulb holder or the reflector. I have looked into after market HID xenon conversion kits but found none that can be used with the "unique" E60's H7 bulb holders. So, the only way to get more and whiter lights, is to fit 100W light bulbs it seems.
Thanks,
Wlodek

Get PIAA Extreme Force bulbs they give out the light of 100W bulbs with 55W or Sylvania Silverstars they're good too. I have them in my Flash to Pass high beams hehe so dont cut me off else you're getting blinded! Along with my 4700K fogs!

Hi Wlodek
Like you , I wanted to increase the power of my main beam. Settled for 80W as a compromise. These were fitted 11 months ago and have had no problems so far!
