Hello ,
So i was driving in a crazy storm and after i pulled up to my house I saw my left HID was out and there was watter in the headlight. I took the thing apart and saw that the bulb was blown. I ordered new bulbs and after I put them in it still doesnt work. What could this be. I took the module out took it apart and didint see any signs of stuff being blown. Help Me Thank You

I think the water might of shorted out your ballast...so do some troubleshooting to narrow it down.
Get a volt meter and test to see if you're getting power to the headlights first. it should be two thick wire going into the headlight plug. I don't remember the exact color, but I believe it's yellow with blue stripe. The other wire would be ground, and that's brown. Make sure you're getting power when the headlight switch is turned on.
If you're getting power to that headlight, then trace it to the ballast mounted under the headlight. Try swapping them from left to right just to see if one of them is bad.
Then checking he internal wiring to make sure nothing else has shorted or burned out or disconnected somehow.

Boost gave you some pretty good trouble shooting tips. Something else you should consider is to identify how the water got inside your headlight. I've been through numerous down pours and even washed. Them down with a water hose and never any water inside. Were there any modifications to you lights?

You need to be VERY careful messing with Xenon lights. The voltage to the light bulb is very high and it can kill you. Plugging and unplugging is one thing...getting in there with a volt meter is another and you need to make sure you know what you are being safe.
