I liked this board because of the warm welcome and the lack of hostility!
Criticism is no problem, but why don't people use their own name when doing so?

Do you think maybe someone could answer the question instead of hello hello hello!!!!????
To read a thread with replies USED to mean that answers (or at least further discussion) was contained therein... all this 'hello' and 'welcome' crap does not belong in intelligent message threads.
We are far better than Roadfly, not only for the lack of spam everywhere but also to the low signal:noise ratio --- but the 'hello' messages threaten that value

Why don't we have an "introduce yourself" area (like on many other boards) where we can do all the hellos and stuff? Let's keep the topics "on topic".

My Ride: E60 530d Sport - Carbon Black, Black Dakota Leather, Media Pack (satnav, bluetooth, CD changer), heated font seats, through load
I've been interested to know the real differences between HiFi and Logic7.
HiFi
2 woofers/tweeters in front doors (tweeters in corner of front pillar)
2 woofers/tweeters in rear shelf
2 subwoofers under front seats
Logic7
Same (similar?) as HiFi +
2 woofers/tweeters in rear doors
Eq. controls in iDrive, rather than simply treble/bass
Not sure of power/amp differences
More info here and BMW Technology Website
